1. Acceptance of Terms

By using PawTime, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use PawTime. By using the app, you confirm you meet this requirement.

3. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

Maintaining the security of your account
All activity that occurs under your account
Ensuring your pet photos and content comply with our guidelines

4. Acceptable Use

You MAY:

Share photos of your pets
Vote on other pets in battles
Comment on posts and interact with friends
Compete in leaderboards

You MAY NOT:

Post inappropriate, offensive, or harmful content
Harass, bully, or threaten other users
Spam or manipulate votes
Impersonate others or create fake accounts
Share content that violates copyright or privacy laws
Use automated tools or bots

5. Content Ownership

You retain ownership of the photos and content you post. By posting, you grant PawTime a license to display, distribute, and use your content within the app.

6. Content Moderation

We reserve the right to remove content that violates these terms. Repeated violations may result in account suspension or termination.

7. Voting and Leaderboards

You can post one "Daily PawTime" per day
Gallery posts are unlimited but not eligible for leaderboards
Vote manipulation or fraud will result in account termination
Leaderboard rankings are final and not subject to appeal

8. Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you:

Violate these Terms of Service
Engage in fraudulent activity
Harm other users or the community

You can delete your account at any time through the app settings.

9. Disclaimer

PawTime is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for:

Loss of data or content
Service interruptions or downtime
Interactions between users

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service. Continued use of the app means you accept the updated terms.
